Currently looking for:
Customer Service Executives (Full Time/Part Time)
Working hours: Weekdays 10am-6pm
- Efficient handling of customers' emails
- Providing customers with a good service experience
- Processing and packing of customers' orders on a daily basis
- Inventory management
- Replenishing of inventory at TTR retail racks on a weekly basis
- General administrative tasks
- Applicants must be Singaporeans/Permanent Residents of age 18 and above
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft software and the Internet in general
- Meticulous and conscientious when handling customers' orders
- Good verbal and written skills
- Common sense in dealing with customers' enquiries and be able to think independently
- Able to commit for at least 6 months (part time) to 1 year (full time)
*Prior experience in customer service field is preferred but not required.
